Results & standards

We will only publish results we can support.

AmeriCanvass does not use made-up testimonials, anonymous client claims, or numbers without an explanation. Until a client approves a result for publication, we explain our standard instead.

Our proof policy

Four rules for publishing client results.

These rules apply to future case studies, testimonials, coverage claims, and performance numbers.

01

Permission first

Client identity, quotation, and engagement details are published only after approval.

02

Explain the work

Every result should include the date, location, service provided, and how the number was measured.

03

Explain the checks

We will describe the management and quality checks used during the program.

04

Keep it accurate

Old, disputed, or misleading claims will be corrected or removed.

What clients can ask to receive

Clear records from planning through final delivery.

The exact documents depend on the program. Your proposal can state which plans, reports, checks, and final files AmeriCanvass will provide.

  1. 01

    Program plan

Campaign goal, voters or locations, schedule, assumptions, and client responsibilities.

  2. 02

    Launch checklist

Staffing plan, manager roles, training, approvals, and items needed before launch.

  3. 03

    Daily reports

Progress, staffing, quality review, field problems, and any campaign decisions needed.

  4. 04

    Final delivery

Completed activity, open items, verified results, campaign data, and lessons for future work.

Future case studies

Client stories will appear here after the facts are approved.

We will not fill this page with sample logos, fictional testimonials, or anonymous results. Each published case will explain the campaign goal, work provided, management approach, measurement, and information the client has approved for public use.
