This notice explains how the AmeriCanvass website handles information submitted through its quote and callback forms.

Information collected
When you request a quote or callback, the site collects the information you choose to provide. This may include your name, organization, email, phone number, service interest, location, timing, estimated size of the program, and additional details. To understand how an inquiry arrived, the form also records the first page visited in the current tab, the referring website’s origin if your browser supplies it, and any campaign-tracking parameters in that visit’s URL. It does not save the referrer’s search terms or query string with the inquiry.
How information is used
Submitted information is used to review and respond to your request, prepare for follow-up, maintain a record of the inquiry, understand which site sources lead to inquiries, and protect the website. AmeriCanvass does not treat a quote request as consent for unrelated marketing.
Storage and access
Quote and callback requests are stored in the website’s managed database. Access should be limited to authorized people who need the information for follow-up, administration, security, or legal obligations.
Your choices
You may choose not to submit a form and can email AmeriCanvass instead. To request access, correction, or deletion of submitted information, email privacy@americanvass.com.

This notice may change as the website, business, or legal requirements change. The revision date above will be updated when important changes are published.
